ABOUT THE STYLIST:
Hello š, my name is Shaevon Harrell and I am the CEO of Sauced By ShaeāØ. I am a licensed Cosmetologist that graduated from Paul Mitchell The School of Raleigh in 2019. I do a variety of different services but mainly Hair and Eyelashes. I also work with all hair textures and ages.
PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME TO READ ALL OF THE APPOINTMENT POLICIES AND REQUIREMENTS DOWN BELOW BEFORE BOOKING FOR ANY OF YOUR FUTURE SERVICE APPOINTMENTSā¼ļø
š£ ALL REMAINING BALANCES FOR SERVICES WILL HAVE TO BE PAID IN CASH OR CARD THROUGH MY SQUARE READER ONLY. PLEASE BRING THE EXACT AMOUNT DUE FOR THE SERVICE. I WILL NOT ALWAYS HAVE CHANGE ON HAND AND WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO LEAVE TO GO GET ANY SO IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TIP PLEASE INCLUDE THAT AS WELL. IF YOU HAVE TO USE CARD IT WILL BE A ADDITIONAL $5 TRANSACTION FEE.

IMPORTANT TO KNOWšØ:
SAFETY FIRST:
All clients and the stylist must wear a face mask from your nose to chin and wash / sanitize their hands when arriving to the appointment for both the stylist and the clients safety. If you have experienced or felt any Flu, Covid or Monkey Pox symptoms in the last 24 hours please contact the stylist immediately to cancel or reschedule for your appointment. If you show any signs of sickness before or during your service, you will be asked to leave and be reschedule your appointment for both of our safety.
LOCATION:
I am located in šRaleigh, NC at Phoenix Salon Suites. Once you booked your appointment and paid the deposit please give me 24-48 hours to send over address.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
All appointments require a Non-refundable deposit that is due when booking for your appointment spot. The deposit amount ranges depending on the amount of your service. Your deposit is subtracted from your total cost after the service is complete and also goes towards your service/ appointment spot. If your deposit is not paid immediately when booking for your appointment, your appointment will not be confirmed and it will become first serve with whoever sends their deposit in first . Deposits are automatically forfeited to any last minute cancellations/ no shows if itās not before 24hrs unless discussed with the stylist. You may reschedule one time on the same deposit within two weeks of your original appointment date. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must let me know 24hrs before your service or your deposit may be forfeited.
DEPOSIT AMOUNT:
$25 Deposit
- If your service includes hair being added on and the hair is $25 or more then your deposit amount will be the cost of how much the hair is for the service. I will send you an invoice link for the amount of the hair for the deposit. If the deposit is not paid within 30 min of the invoice being sent out for your appointment then your appointment will not be secured.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
The $25 deposit must be made through my square booking site when you book. I am ONLY accepting CASH or CARD payments through square for all remaining balances so please bring exact cash for the service and the tip if you are planning to do so because i do not always have change and I will not allow you to leave to get any. If you forget to get cash and need to use a card it will be an additional $5 transaction fee.
ATTENDANCE/GUESTS:
Please let me know once you have arrived to your appointment so I can send you my suite room number so I can let you know when to come in. Please do not show up more than 10 min of your appointment time or you will be asked to kindly wait outside my suite on the bench or in your vehicle until I am ready for you . Keep in mind you are not the only one being serviced so I may have other clients that I am working on until you arrive. ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA š
š½āāļø GUESTS are allowed unless you DISCUSS WITH ME or you are under the age of 18 and have discussed with me before hand.
LATE POLICY:
I am a lenient and I understand things happen so if you are running 5-15min late and I donāt have a client thatās fine if you have communicated with me. If it is a repetitive thing, and you're 20 min late or more it will additional $25. Keep in mind you may not be the only client being serviced that day so please arrive on time!!! Your appointment will be canceled or will have to be rescheduled if showing up 30min late with no communication unless discussed regarding reasoning of your tardiness.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Any appointment canceled 24 hours before your appointment time will be charged a $25 last minute cancellation fee.
-If you canceled your appointment less than the 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged for 50% of the service total for the last minute inconveniences. Please be courteous understand so please else could of had that appointment
-Any no call no show appointments will be charged the full price of the service and will be banned from booking any future appointments unless discussed with me otherwise.
- Failure to pay the cancellation fee you will be banned from booking any future appointments until the fee is paid before your next service.
- You may reschedule your appointment once on the same deposit within 2weeks of your original appointment date and if you let me know 24hrs before your appointment, anything after that will result in paying a new deposit fee.
REQUIREMENTS/ REGULATIONS:
- If you are a no call/ no show client, you will be charged full price of service and will not be able to book again with the stylist unless you have paid full price of service being missed.
- if you are not sure if your hair is long or healthy enough for a style, please contact me 24hrs before your service to make sure everything is okay for your appointment.
- No last minute or same day appointments can be booked unless you have already communicated with the stylist 2-3 hours beforehand to make sure itās available and to make sure everything is needed for the service.
-You can not change the style of your service the same day of your appointment unless you have discussed it beforehand with the stylist.
- If you donāt see an appointment available on the day or time you need, please contact me ASAP to see if I can fit you in. These appointments are called EMERGENCY or BEFORE/AFTER HOURšØ APPOINTMENTS which is an additional $50 added onto the service.
COLOR SERVICES:
-In order to book a hair color service with me you must first book a hair consultation with me so I can make sure your hair is healthy enough to achieve the color you would like. This helps so that way we donāt have any problems during the service and to make sure the color process goes smoothly.
BRAIDING/WEAVING:
-Hair is not included in any of these services but can be for additional pricing depending on the style. If you do want hair included please add it on and let me know what hair color, and length you would like so I can have everything ready by your appointment.
- All clients must already come shampooed/conditioned, product free including no oils and blowdried straight from root to ends to the appointment unless you have paid the additional $45 fee to get it done. If you donāt follow these rules you will be charged the additional $45 on top of your service fee if not done correctly This will help save more time for the service and helps the stylist get through the hair more easily.
- All lace closures, Frontals, and Wigs must be dropped off 2-3 in advance prior to your appointment date for customization if needed. If you do need any customizations done please add it on to your appointment for additional pricing and message me to let me know what kind of hair your would like. I do not keep hair on hand so pricing of hair varies depending on the color , length, texture you would like.
HAIR/BRANDS NEEDED FOR SERVICE:
- For all Box braids, Knotless, Rope/ Havana twist, Tribal Braids or and any braid protective style you may use any hair brands as long as the hair is already PRE-STRETCHED. The hair brands I mainly like to work with are ( Ez Braid Spectra, Outre X-pression, Freetress, and Ruwa).
- For all Passion Twist styles you may use any hair brand as long as the texture is water wave or a hair texture similar or exactly like it. The hair brands I mainly like to work with are ( Freetress crochet hair, Model Model crochet hair, and Outre X-pression crochet hair, Ruwa, Afri Naptural, and Bobbi Boss hair ).
- For all Butterfly Locs ,you may use any hair brand as long as itās water wave or spring twist textured. The hair brands I mainly like to work with are ( Freetress crochet hair, Model Model crochet hair, and Outre X-pression crochet hair, Ruwa, Afri Naptural, and Bobbi Boss hair ).
- For all Faux Locs or Goddess Locs you may use any hair brand as long as itās Cuban twist or spring twist textured. The hair brands I mainly like to work with are ( Freetress crochet hair, Model Model crochet hair, and Outre X-pression crochet hair, Ruwa, Afri Naptural, and Bobbi Boss hair ).
- For all Distressed/ Soft Locs, you may use any hair brand as long as itās the crocheted loc pieces. The hair brands I mainly like to work with are ( Freetress crochet hair, Model Model crochet hair, and Outre X-pression crochet hair, Ruwa, Afri Naptural, and Bobbi Boss hair ).
LASH POLICY:
- Please make sure to come with a clean face and make sure your eye area and lashes have no facial creams, oils or lotions so that way your eyes can be free of any debris or products . If not you will be charged additional add on fee for a lash bath service.
- I will not apply lashes to any client whoās eyes are irritated, have pink eye, sores, styes or swollen eyes/lids due to safety and sanitary reasons. If you have any allergies/ eye sensitivity to any glue, gel pads, or products. etc used please me know ASAP so there will be no issues during or after the service. I will not apply any lashes to any natural lash that is weak or wonāt hold onto the natural lash.
-Make sure to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to so that I can make sure your lashes are thoroughly cleansed.
-If you have any previous lashes on from someone else other than me, please let me know 24hrs in advance so I can make sure your lashes are in a healthy condition and to see what was previously used. If you have any shedding or allergies with your lashes in the next 24-48hrs after your service please contact me ASAP so we can solve the problem.
LASH TIPS:
- Your lash retention depends on how you take care of them.
- everyone has different lash cycles, your lashes may/ may not grow as fast as other clients.
- The fullness/ thickness of your natural lashes depends on the fullness and thickness of your Lash Extensions.
CORRECTION/ TOUCH UPS:
Before leaving any service please make sure everything is to your liking because once you leave it may be hard to fit you back in unless itās for a correction that I caused due to me being booked unless Iām available. For all hair or lash services, if there is any problems with your hair or lashes in the next 24-48hrs after your service please contact me ASAP so we can solve the problem. If your hair needs to be corrected in the first week of you getting it done for any braids, twists or weaves please let me know as soon as it happens so I can correct it if itās my mistake. Anything after that time frame will be considered a touch up appointment and can be booked for service.
INTAKE/HEALTH:
All clients will receive a intake/ health form to insure safety and health for both the client and stylist to have so there will be no issues or problems before or after the service.
PICTURES/VIDEOS:
I love to take pictures and videos of my work if my clients allow me to do so. Please come prepared and be camera š· ready š.
AGREEMENT TERMS:
Once you booked your appointment with Sauced By Shae, that means you are agreeing to all of her polices and terms. Disputing any charges after you been serviced will result in further legal actions.
